They say all goalkeepers are mad, and while that
is probably true, none of them are more insane
than Bosnian glovesman Romeo Mitrovic.
He is absolutely mental and showed it this week
when he flipped out after getting a yellow card –
punching the referee and then forcing him off the
pitch. Crazy.
The incident happened in the second division clash
between Buducnosti and Banovica, when Bosnia
international Mitrovic was given a yellow for
protesting with officials.
He responded with the sort of wild punch that a
drunk on a Friday night would have been impressed
with, before forcing the ref to retreat up field – and
eventually off the pitch.
